Lisa.H If that username is already taken, please include a middle initial, such as

Please note: it may take several days before your account is approved. Once you apply for an account, you will receive an email from Vicky Willson (vickyw@aiwr.org) that your Alliance account is pending. Once your account has been approved, you will receive a second email from Vicky with your username and temporary password.
